On This Day In Spurs History: 6th August

1994 – On this day in 1994, Jurgen Klinsmann played his first game in a Spurs shirt, in a 1-1 pre-season draw against Watford. Jurgen did not mark his unofficial debut with a goal though, as his strike partner Teddy Sheringham scored Tottenham’s only goal.
