Spurs’ dwindling ranks have been boosted by the return of two loan players this week.
Danny Rose returned from Bristol City and although he was reported to be struggling with injury, made his way straight onto the substitute’s bench at Blackpool last night. Rose played 17 times for the Robins without scoring, but he has been dogged by hamstring problems in that time.
Meanwhile, Andros Townsend has returned from Watford after making just three appearances at Vicarage Road and after being overlooked for the last three games, manager Malky MacKay said: “It is a shame it hasn’t worked out for either us or Andros and we wish him well for the future.”
Dwindling ranks and yet we’ve loaned out most of our wingers/squad players. Gio, Bentley, Ohara….. et al.
How are Rose and Townsend going to help us more than Bentley or Gio?

Rose is nowhere near good enough for the Prem.
