Reports are gathering momentum of a proposed move for Inter Milan’s Argentinean striker Diego Milito and while the stories may go the way of many suggested links, the pieces of the jigsaw do seem to fit at least.
Milito has been at Inter since 2009 and became an instant hero with the home fans in a spectacular debut season that culminated in him scoring both goals in their Champions League final win over Bayern Munich.
At the start of this campaign, former Spurs target Diego Forlan arrives and pushes Milito to the bench. Inter embark on a poor season, highlighted by the fact that Milito is still their top scorer with three goals in eight Serie A matches, and the player becomes more disgruntled. As a result, the Milan side seem prepared to sell in the January window.
Milito has averaged around a goal every other game for his clubs since leaving his native Argentina in 2004 and while he is heading into ‘veteran’ status at the age of 32, he clearly has something to offer.
So, is this the man to step in to the striker mix at White Hart Lane next month or should we be looking elsewhere?

Hell no !!! I’m an Inter fan just as much as I’m a Spursfan, and I would LOVE to see Milito leave San Siro, but NOT if it means he’s coming to the Lane ! 2 years ago he was one of the best strikers in the world, but now he can’t even put it in an open goal (witch he proves up to to times in each game he’s played lately ) in 4 simple words: HE IS PAST IT !!!!
Big No NO !! past his best 2008 he played in Spain I informed Spurs to buy him, look to younger players, plenty around,My scouting will turn them up !! Spurs since 1946.connected in many ways over the years,at all levels, seen em all !!
