Reports today have started to link Swansea manager Brendan Rodgers with the possible vacancy at Spurs next season and while there may be other candidates besides, present Tottenham boss Harry Redknapp has been fulsome in his praise of the Swansea boss.
Rodgers has taken his team from prime relegation candidates to tenth in the table ahead of Sunday’s game and the prospect of an immediate return to the Championship has all but disappeared.
“He’s someone who has a fantastic future,” Harry said.
“I don’t know what his long-term plans are but certainly the job he has done at Swansea has just been amazing.”
Harry also went on the salute Swansea’s style of play.
“I just think it has been fantastic that a team can come up and play the way they have played, pass the ball as they do,” he added.
“It’s so difficult to play them. They are fearless.”
Club captain Ledley King went on to echo that praise,
“They’ve been a breath of fresh air in the Premier League this season, the football they’ve played,” Ledley said.
“They’ve stuck to their methods and what they believe in and they deserve a lot of credit for what they’ve done this season.”
Swansea aren’t a side to be underestimated and although this game gives us the perfect opportunity to return to winning ways, Brendan Rodgers’ side won’t be making things easy.
I love the fact that Brendan Rodgers is suddenly linked with the spurs job 2 days before we play them. Clearly we have learnt how unsettling it is for a team to think their manager will be leaving at the end of the season!
Without all the respect that I don’t have for totttenharm,, I rruly believe swansea will win 3-0 !!!!
You smell has bad has your comments 5-0 to Reading. Spurs 4- Swansea1
Rotten your a stupid dipstick you just used a double negative. I would tell you to learn how to write, but I know it’s a lost cause! Also I love how you come to a Spurs blog and bash us relentlessly and then when one of us bash you for being an illiterate dumbass, you go out and get your panties in a bundle.

Doesnt matter what the papers say and the dopy gooner above Spurs will win 4-1 and some good football will be played in a great atmosphere, with great fans.
The real Swans got beat 2-0 last week Caulker will tell them to leave there tempo at Swansea But this will mean they will ignore him. Rogers ex Chelsea Sinclair ex Chelsea Mcracken Chelsea so what do you think Abramavich will be telling Swansea to do up there tempo we need to be ready because of Tuesdays game. They will think we will tire and chase the ball allover the pitch we need to score first Goal and last Coys 422 should be Harry’s choice with Defoe Ady
