Spurs are a top priced 1.7 with William Hill to win their home game against Newcastle and everything suggests they will do just that.
Andres Villas-Boas’ side have won eight and lost just one of their last 13 Premier League matches (D4), and face a side who despite having won their last two matches struggle on their travels.
The Magpies have won just one of their last 11 league trips to the capital (W1 D2 L8), and lost on each of their last 3 visits to White hart Lane in the PL.
They have also failed to score a single goal in those three games, so backing Spurs to win to nil looks appealing at a standout 3.4 with Blue Square.
Another interesting stat is that Spurs have managed to net just one goal in the first half of their last 11 games on the too flight.
That makes the even money (2) on offer with Paddy Power about the second half producing the most goals look a bit of value.
Gareth Bale did us a favour when netting the opener – and winner – in Spurs 1-0 victory over West Brom and once again looks worth an interest in the first goalscorer market at 7 with Coral.
He has been outstanding all season, and the 2.75 on offer with Coral and Ladbrokes about him netting anytime also looks too big given that he is as short as 2.25 elsewhere.
I fancy Spurs to win this 2-0, and that outcome is priced up at 8.5 with Paddy Power.

Should be a good game but if Spurs fans think it will be easy they better get some money on their team. The Premier league has not seen Alan Pardew being able to put out his full strength team this year with all the injuries to his side. With some very good buisness in the Transfer Window and players returning I fancy The Toon to take at least one point and more possibly all three. I expect those Spurs fans who lose money should not go short as I feel sure there must be some money lenders around in their neck of North London.
what the hell has the money lenders slurs got to do with football. The dregs that post snide, gutter-level comments like that don’t belong on a football site. The gutter is their appropriate domicile. Could this cretin actually be a Chelsea knuckle- dragger?
