It’s London derby action for Spurs as they take on West Ham at Upton Park and they look cracking value at 2.2 with Betfred and Paddy Power to emerge victorious.

The stats are certainly very good as far as the Lilywhites are concerned as the Hammers have lost three of their last five home league encounters with them – winning just one.

Throw in the fact that Spurs come into this on an unbeaten run of 10 (W6 D4), the longest in Andre Villas-Boas’ Premier League managerial career and you can see why odds of 2.2 simply have to be taken.

Gareth Bale has now scored 10 goals in his last 12 Premier League appearances and looks well worth a punt at 6 with Coral and Ladbrokes.

He can also be backed at 2.4 with Paddy Power to net anytime, and in his present form that looks huge – especially as he is as short as 2.1 to do so elsewhere.

West Ham have also scored a total of only three goals in their last eight Premier League games against Spurs, so backing AVB’s men to win this to nil looks well worth considering at a tasty looking 4 with Coral.

The stats also reveal that Spurs have scored the highest proportion of goals in the second half of games this season (73%), so the 2.05 on offer with Ladbrokes about the mots goals coming in the final 45 minutes also looks worth a punt.

In the correct score market i like the look of a 2-0 or 3-0 Spurs success, and those outcomes are priced up at 11 and 19 respectively with William Hill.

  1. i cant stand to lose this game. not even truly a derby. villa too sucky to do us any favors at emirates. now lets take care of business, and welcome the gunners to our home. win that one, and we have a little breathing room when we head into our crazy fixture.
