The Telegraph today reports that Spurs are considering sharing their new stadium with an NFL franchise.

With the NFL seemingly keen to move a franchise to a permanent London home and Tottenham looking for ways to fund the new ground, it’s a move that makes sense for both parties. Yet it would be a controversial move from the club and opinion seemed to be divided on Twitter.

  1. Another fine bit of bizz by Levy, if this is true then money won’t be an excuse for Spurs to get the right players and take all competitions. Such it up. Shoulder pads are on there way.

  2. if inter Milan is interested in erik lamela sell him for 25million and ask them to give maura icardi for 25million. convince them by saying that the benefits are more for inter Milan. inter Milan is giving 25 million for erik lamela. and we are giving it back to you for maura icardi. u will get erik lamela and 25 million back and the benefits for us is only maura icardi. maura icardi will be a great partner for harry kane.

please inter Milan give us maura icardi please.

tottenham Hotspur try to sign Oscar borg from west ham because he is an 16 year old and he is our next Gareth bale. he will improve in our pochetino ‘s academy.

sell lloris to arsenal for 20million and ask them to give Wojciech Szczęsny as replacement for lloris. it will be a great mistake for arsenal. and we will get a young goalkeeper. if we can get him a top goalkeeper like lloris it will a great business for tottenham Hotspur fans. wenger had abuse on Wojciech Szczęsny.

  3. I am not sure that there will be a franchise NFL team in London in the near future, but I believe that they want to play eight games in England but not all by the same club/team, if this proves to be a success then perhaps a franchise will be granted.
