Tottenham make one change from their 2-2 draw at Southampton last weekend, with Danny Rose returning to replace Ben Davies at left-back.
Davies dislocated his shoulder at St Mary’s and will miss the remainder of the season.
Eric Dier will once again play at right-back, where he impressed last time out. Fazio partners Jan Vertonghen at centre-back in front of captain Lloris.
