With the rumours of Hugo Lloris joining Manchester United rumbling on, various names are now being discussed as a potential replacement.
Spurs of course already have Michel Vorm at the club, who with 15 caps for Holland is a very experienced number two goalkeeper and a real contender to take over from the French captain.
Yet other keepers have been linked in recent days. The Mirror have claimed that Real Madrid will offer Iker Casillas to Spurs in order to start a goalkeeping merry-go-round. It sounds something of a tall tale, not least because the Spanish legend has been in decline for some years and looks like an accident waiting to happen these days.
Borussia Dortmund’s Roman Weidenfeller is another experienced name that has been mentioned after a career in Germany that has seen the 34-year old play over 400 games. Meanwhile, in the Premier League, Asmir Begovic is rumoured to be available from Stoke City for a modest £8m.
So if Lloris does leave, who would you like to see replace him? If Vorm good enough and if not, who should be brought in?
