The Mirror have claimed that Tottenham will launch a summer move for the Italian international Lorenzo Insigne.
Rated at £18m, the Napoli forward is generally employed on the left side of attack but can also play centrally, behind the striker.
The 24-year old is said to have caught the attention of Spurs scouts after a successful season in which he’s scored 12 goals.
Insigne is a skilful player who likes to cut in from the left onto his right-foot. Standing just 5ft 4″ tall, Insigne has impressive close control and is a dangerous dribbler.
Described by his former Napoli teammate Goran Pandev as the ‘Italian Messi’, this is a player who certain looks like he would fit into one of the attacking midfield positions at Tottenham. Watch him in action below.
At 1m more than Paulino I think yes please. Looks a peach of a player on this evidence.
Paulinho was not 1m smaller?
Hmm. He’s good! Maybe one Tom Carroll is more than enough?
