Watch Wanyama on his first day of training with Tottenham

New signing Victor Wanyama was put through his paces yesterday as he began his first day of training with Tottenham.

Spurs TV have released footage of the Kenyan’s first training session in a video which includes an interview with the 25-year old.

Wanyama commented: “It was a special day for me, my first day of training, and everyone made me feel very welcome. It was special for me and I’m looking forward to the happy days ahead.”

The defensive midfielder was Tottenham’s first signing of the summer, filling a noticeable gap in Mauricio Pochettino’s squad. Watch his debut training session below.
