Reports claim that Georges-Kevin Nkoudou has passed his medical and will sign for Spurs later this week.
Marseille are said to want to find a replacement for Nkoudou before letting the player go- with our own Clinton Njie linked with a move to the French giants – but the Guardian’s Ed Aarons believes that the transfer could be imminent.

Tottenham face a race against time to get the deal done if they want Nkoudou to be involved in the pre-season tour of Australia. Mauricio Pochettino’s side will face Juventus on Tuesday 26th July, followed by a match against Atletico Madrid on Friday 29th.
The club are clearly trying to get players in quickly this summer in order to give them the benefit of a pre-season under Pochettino. Due to the Argentine’s emphasis on building high levels of fitness, recruiting players early is more important for Spurs than it is for many other clubs.
It looks as if Nkoudou will start work under Pochettino soon and we should find out within the next couple of days if he has a chance of being involved in our matches in Australia.
