We asked you to give your marks out of ten for Tottenham’s players against Everton and you’ve selected Erik Lamela as the best performer.

Lamela averaged an 8.0 to become your star performer, as his headed equaliser swayed the voters. The man who supplied the cross for that goal – Kyle Walker – scored 7.1, with the ever-reliable Toby Alderweireld the third highest-rating starter with a 6.9.

Both of the substitutes scored highly, with Michel Vorm being given a 6.8 for his heroics between the posts and Vincent Janssen impressing on his debut with a very healthy 7.5.

Everton Ratings

The 1-1 draw at Goodison Park saw Spurs give a mixed performance and you singled out three players who were crucial to our success last season, as having failed to meet their normal standards.

Christian Eriksen scored a mere 4.9, while Harry Kane and Hugo Lloris could only muster a 4.8. Tottenham fans will be hoping that this key trio can quickly return to the sort of form that made the team so difficult to beat last season.

  1. Eriksen cares more about a crazy pay rise then he does his performance. Maybe he should stop placing undue stress on his performance and go out and play. He will get a pay rise but if he’s an ass about it it will reflect in his game.

    • Little bit harsh on Eriksen.. The story that he is demanding 150k per week is not true – his agent has confirmed that. He just wants parity with Lamela and Son.. Which is fair enough! Lamela is a big player for us now and Son has not proven anything.. So why should Eriksen be paid less?
