Christian Eriksen hasn’t enjoyed the best of starts to his domestic campaign with Tottenham, failing to impress in all three of his Premier League appearances so far this season.
The international break could turn out to be exactly what Eriksen needed. The midfielder scored Denmark’s only goal in a 1-0 World Cup qualifying win against Armenia.
It was a brilliantly taken finish from the Dane, who will be keen to impress whenever we can in order to keep his place in the Spurs side following the signing of Moussa Sissoko.

What about his laughable penalty miss? How ‘brilliantly taken” was that?
