It’s perhaps no surprise that Mauricio Pochettino’s post-match press conference after the 2-1 win over Middlesbrough, centred on Heung-Min Son.
The South Korean scored twice against Middlesbrough to give Spurs a valuable away win and Pochettino was quizzed about Son’s improvement this season, with the forward having scored four goals in three Premier League games.
Also on the agenda was the team’s performance without Harry Kane, the wastefulness of the side in front of goal and an update on the fitness of a quartet of players ahead of the Champions League trip to CSKA Moscow.
