Reports from Italy claim that Spurs are interested in signing Razvan Marin.
The Romanian international is being monitored by a number of the continent’s leading clubs, with Napoli said to be Tottenham’s main rivals to sign the talented midfielder.
Just 20-years old, the Viitorul Constanța starlet made his full international debut earlier this month, finding the net in a 5-0 victory over Armenia.
Spurs are reported to have watched Marin play for his club last Friday night. A deep-lying midfielder, Marin is strong on the ball, dangerous from long-range and an incisive passer.
This is an area of the squad that could perhaps do with reinforcing, with no midfielder having yet established themselves as a worthy alternative to Mousa Dembele. Watch Marin in action below.
