Harry Kane has returned to the Tottenham starting eleven to face Arsenal after fully recovering from an ankle injury.
Mousa Dembele has also passed a fitness test and starts, but Dele Alli is absent through injury.
Surprisingly, Kevin Wimmer is handed his first league start of the season. With Jan Vertonghen and Eric Dier also in the team, it appears Spurs could go with three at the back, utilising Danny Rose and Kyle Walker as wing-backs.
It might even be a 3-4-3 formation, which Chelsea have been successful with of late.
Here’s how Twitter reacted too all the team news.

Not surprised Kane starts for Spurs. Word is Alli has a knee injury. Looks to me like they might even be playing a back three.

That midfield is huge. Pure muscle.

Many saying Dier in midfield. Could feasibly be a back three as well, with Eriksen behind Son and Kane

#thfc Interesting line-up – Kane starts and so does Wimmer. Will Dier move into midfield or is Pochettino going to play 3 at the back?

Alli a huge loss. Him and Kane have a great partnership and he's a big game player

It's 10 at the back. Kane up front

Harry Kane has 25 goals in his last 29 games with Dembele without him just 1 goal in 10 games, just highlights his importance. #COYS#THFC

Clever from Pochettino. Really important to bed Kane in against the smaller teams with some big games ahead. #COYS

Huge faith restored in Wimmer for today – could struggle with their pace though. Interesting line-up with Dembele in the pocket. #COYS
