Tottenham dominated the opening stages of their Premier League clash with West Ham at White Hart Lane, and were unlucky not to take the lead when Christian Eriksen’s well worked goal was ruled offside.

But other than that, the hosts failed to create any meaningful chances early on, allowing West Ham to take advantage of their unimaginative start.

The Hammers hit the bar from a corner, and when the ball fell to Winston Reid in the box his shot was turned home by the head of Michail Antonio.

Here’s the goal.

  1. We’re f’ing shite and once again levy has managed to snatch defeat from the jaws of victory with his perverse transfer business. We could of had Austin for £4m last January and he could have done everything that Janssen has done and more but 6 months earlier, and Dembele from Fulham for just £5m. So the two for just £9m!
He never buys the players the manager wants does he? Schneiderlein, Berahino, Batshuayi and god knows how many others, and I’d put money on Poch wanting Mane too.
Then when we inevitably flop he simply sacks the manager and brings in another mug. Time wasting little cnut.
