Mauricio Pochettino has once again made a number of changes as Tottenham seek to revive their Champions League hopes with victory in Monaco.
Jan Vertonghen is dropped to the bench and replaced by Kevin Wimmer; Vertonghen is presumably being rested for Chelsea on Saturday.
Kieran Tripper also starts, as does Harry Winks who scored his first goal for the club against West Ham at the weekend.
Perhaps the most notable absentee is Christian Eriksen. The Dane hasn’t been in the best of form lately and will have to settle for a place on the bench.
Dele Alli and Heung-Min Son both start after impressive cameos against West Ham.
Here’s how Twitter reacted to all the team news.

Not gonna lie that defence dosen't fill me with the upmost confidence. Hope I'm wrong #COYS

Would still have had Vertonghen in myself. Best available defender. I know he had a poor game at Wembley but it was a rare blip this year.

Completely justified Son starts ahead of Eriksen tonight, changed game against #WHU & Eriksen has been out of form for months. #COYS#THFC

Kyle Walker hasn't started any of Tottenham's last 10 European (A) games. Last game he started was (0-1) vs Besiktas 11 December 2014. #THFC

#thfc Re. Vertonghen: Seems Poch wants to save him to play LB for Chelsea & give Wimmer & Dier some minutes together at centre-half.

Good team selection for me. Right blend of rotation/good enough to win. Always a worry if neither of your 1st choice CB's plays though #COYS

Good team selection & a decent bench as well. Strong enough to get the win. THE GAME IS ABOUT GLORY. #COYS

Nkoudou off the bench eeeaaarrrllyyy in the 2nd half. Guarantee it'll be 0-0 or 1-0 to them & this side is screaming out for pace/width.

Nothing against Wimmer but him and Dier as a centre back pairing looks very inexperienced in such a big game #ASMTOT #COYS

Really not impressed with 4-2-3-1 again… ‘smacks of throwing in the towel’!
I understand the need for rotation at the back but with Eriksen benched I would have continued with Janssen in my preferred 3-5-2.
A lot will depend on the Dembele/Winks axis this evening…on va voir…
Eric dier and wimmer starts together. What a mistake from poch!I’d have never played together.Either toby or verts should have started the game.Hope you could prove my wrong.coys!
