Eden Hazard and Nemanja Matic scored second half goals to render Tottenham’s impressive comeback obsolete in the FA Cup semi-final at Wembley.
Chelsea led 2-1 at half-time — Willian scored a free-kick and a penalty either side of Harry Kane’s brilliant headed goal.
Dele Alli latched onto Christian Eriksen’s inch-perfect pass ten minutes into the second half to put Spurs level, and Mauricio Pochettino’s side looked likely to get the next goal.
But substitute Eden Hazard scored Chelsea’s third before setting up Nemanja Matic for a brilliant fourth.
