Mauricio Pochettino is a potential candidate for the Inter Milan job this summer, according to reports in Italy.
Inter’s Chinese owners are looking to spend big in the coming transfer window. On top of that, they want to appoint one of the world’s best coaches as their new manager.
There has been talk of Chelsea’s Antonio Conte making the trip back to Italy. Atletico Madrid boss Diego Simeone has also been linked with the post.
And now Sky Italy journalist Gianluca Di Marzio, who has a mixed record when it comes to reliability, has thrown Pochettino’s name into the hat.
He suggests the Argentine is “strongly liked” by Inter, and that the Serie A giants are willing to double his current wages.
Pochettino was linked with the soon-to-be vacant position at Barcelona earlier this season before recently claiming the Catalan club is his “footballing enemy”.
I’d be very surprised if Pochettino isn’t still at Tottenham next season — but stranger things have happened.
certainly hope he stays with spurs last thing levy needs is another manager with the new stadium bestempty your pockets mr levy we cannot afford to lose players or manager
This is the time to build a new era beckons forget Russian mobsters winning the PL it was always going to be difficult to catch them . We have robe focused learn to win big games on big occasions not cave in and be clinically ruthless . Adjust our minds to play at wembley nite the difference and adjust to suit but have a positive mentality with a view to being determined to succeed . Get riding deadwood bring in winners and grafters – lose sisoko give Jansen a chance I am sure he will come good – which Dutch striker ever failed in the PL? We need creativity and killer instinct. We can do it let us enjoy our last game at WHL and win big for everyone’s sake. UP THE SPURS !!!
More bullshit from the Italians, nothing new there. Only those desperate to see Spurs fail and not return to the glory of yesteryear will make mileage out of a report from a well known story teller and attention seeker. Unfortunately the dunces amongst us will fall for it, aided and abetted by the weasels who write for blogs, nothing new there either.
Sure it will be lots of rumors also about the players.
