Tottenham target Jean-Michael Seri is set to join either AS Roma or Paris Saint-Germain, according to The Guardian journalist Ed Aarons.
That is despite reports from France suggesting Spurs made “initial contact” with the Nantes midfielder’s representatives earlier this week. Arsenal are also believed to have enquired about Seri’s availability.
But Aarons claims Seri is on his way to Roma or PSG, adding that Tottenham and Arsenal haven’t made firm offers for the 25-year-old.
Looks like it’s between Roma and PSG for Jean Seri. no firm offers from either Arsenal or Spurs

Seri has a £35 million release clause that Nantes are apparently keen for bidders to meet. That means Spurs would have to break their transfer record to have any chance of singing him.
