Harry Kane continued his staggering end-of-season form by scoring three goals in two appearances on international duty for England.
The Tottenham striker finished his club season by scoring seven goals in the final two matches of the campaign. He followed that up with a late equaliser against Scotland before scoring twice against Hugo Lloris and France.
