Tottenham are “ready to step up their interest” in AC Milan playmaker Suso, according to The Mirror.
The report suggest Mauricio Pochettino wants to add more creativity to Spurs’ attack, and that he is a “big fan” of the 23-year-old.
Suso joined AC Milan from Liverpool in January 2015 having failed to make an impact in England, but he has improved significantly since arriving in Serie A.
The left-footed attacking midfielder chipped in with seven goals and 11 assists in 37 appearances for Milan last season.
The former Liverpool man has has just two years left on his contract. Milan are apparently unwilling to sell him to a Serie A rival, which should please Tottenham.
