Tottenham have decided against signing Manchester City youngster Jadon Sancho in the current transfer window, according to ESPN.
Yesterday reports suggested Sancho had turned down Arsenal to join Spurs from Manchester City.
But EPSN are now claiming the 17-year-old attacker won’t be joining Tottenham this summer because Manchester are unwilling to release him.
The report states that if he did join Spurs, he wouldn’t be available to play until the end of his scholarship deal without City’s permission.
Tottenham would have also have to pay City compensation, so I assume they are waiting until there are no stumbling blocks to sign the player.
