Tottenham defender Kevin Wimmer is set to join Stoke City for a fee of around £15 million, according to multiple reports.
The Austrian travelled with the Spurs squad to Wembley yesterday, but after the game he was spotted saying his goodbyes to his teammates.
It is believed Wimmer travelled up to Stoke last night. Sky Sports claim he will undergo a medical “in the coming days.”
Tottenham completed a deal for Ajax centre-back Davinson Sanchez last week. As a result, Wimmer has fallen even further down the pecking order in Spurs’ defence.

Wimmer joined Tottenham from Koln for £4.3m in the summer of 2015. The club looks set to make quite the profit on a player who barely featured in the first team last season.
