Tottenham teenager Marcus Edwards turned down a loan move away from the club on deadline day, according to the Guardian.
Edwards is considered one of the brightest young talents at Spurs, and many fans want to see him given a chance in the first team this season.

The 18-year-old apparently turned down loan moves to the Championship and the Dutch top tier as he wants to challenge for a first team spot at Tottenham.
The fact Spurs attempted to shift him suggests he probably won’t make much of a breakthrough this term, although he could be given game time in cup competitions.
