August is over, which means Harry Kane has started scoring goals again.

After enduring his customary difficult start to the season, failing to find the net in the month of August yet again for Tottenham, Kane was back among the goals for England.

The striker opened the scoring for the Three Lions in Malta with a well taken goal from close range after some good work from his Spurs teammate Dele Alli.

Ryan Bertrand scored England’s second before Kane created a third for Danny Welbeck.

Kane then rounded off the win with his second goal of the game in stoppage time.

  1. September is not the end of August.
    It’s September.
The end of August is the 31st of August.
Or maybe even the final week of August can be described as the end of August.
    But September 1st is September.
    Not the end of August.
