August is over, and of course that means Harry Kane has started scoring again.
The Tottenham striker found the net twice in Malta for England during the international break.
And he was at it again when Spurs travelled to Everton.
It had been an even opening 25 minutes with Tottenham perhaps edging the contest.
The visitors took advantage when Kane collected the ball on the right wing and swung in a cross that deceived everyone in the penalty area and landed in the back of the net.
He may not have meant it, but Harry Kane’s season has officially begun.
A goal for Tottenham Hotspur from who else other than Harry Kane, right on cue first game in September. #COYS#THFCpic.twitter.com/AQ8UMmmGgb
