After a frantic start at Wembley, Harry Kane put Tottenham 2-1 up against Dortmund in the first Champions League group game of the season.
Spurs took the lead inside four minutes through Heung-Min Son’s excellent individual effort.
But Dortmund struck back moments later when Andriy Yarmolenko fired into the top corner from outside the box.
Tottenham were back ahead inside a quarter of an hour when Kane, with an almost identical run to Son, bundled his way down Dortmund’s right hand side and fired in at the near post.
