Mousa Dembele returned from one injury only to pick up another while training in Madrid last week.
The Belgian suffered a hip problem prior to Tottenham’s 1-1 draw with Real Madrid, missing that game and the 4-1 win over Liverpool at Wembley on Sunday.
Earlier today (Monday), Belgian football expert Kristof Terreur revealed Dembele had a “minor hip injury” and was training individually.

However, photos released by the club later in the day showed the midfielder training with his teammates ahead of Wednesday’s EFL Cup clash with West Ham.

As a result, Dembele’s return date is up for debate. Perhaps the club will comment before the West Ham game.
