Tottenham secured one of the greatest results in the club’s history on Wednesday night, beating European champions Real Madrid 3-1 at Wembley.
Christian Eriksen made it 3-0 after Dele Alli’s double and the Spurs fans were finally able to relax and enjoy the occasion, even if things got a little shaky when Cristiano Ronaldo pulled one back for the visitors.
While it was still 3-0, the supporters began to cheer every pass as Tottenham toyed with Madrid, stylishly spreading the ball across the pitch.
