Tottenham scraped past Crystal Palace at Wembley last weekend thanks to Son Heung-Min’s winner midway through the second half.
The hosts looked a little disjointed for the most part – understandable after the shift they put in just days earlier against Real Madrid.
But there were a couple of high quality moments, none more so than a wonderful piece of defending by Davinson Sanchez.
The Colombian received a dodgy pass from Eric Dier in his own penalty area. Just as it seemed he was in trouble, Sanchez beautifully turned away from Andros Townsend, restoring calm at the back in one skilful movement.
