Tottenham have put a €225 million price tag on Christian Eriksen, according to reports in Spain.
In other words, Spurs have effectively told Barcelona that the Danish playmaker is not for sale.
Reports in the summer suggested Barcelona would turn to Eriksen after failing to sign Philippe Coutinho from Liverpool.
They ended up with neither player, but according to Spanish outlet Mundo Deportivo, the La Liga giants are still interested in Eriksen.
However, the report claims Daniel Levy has said Eriksen is worth more than the €222m Paris Saint-Germain paid for Neymar in the summer.
This story seems like it’s been cobbled together following Eriksen’s stunning display for Denmark against the Republic of Ireland on Tuesday – I wouldn’t read into it too much.

I don’t read too much into it either.
Except that Eriksen ..along with Alli, Kane and even Poch ..ain’t leaving!
So, Jennings- why did you write about it?
The Neymar deal has put a new face on transfer opportunities.
Bids for players who are better than or will contribute more than Neymar are
going to have to exceed the 222 million mark. there are 5 such players on Spurs roster at this moment.
Its NOTs gonna happening
