Mauricio Pochettino has held his press conference ahead of Tottenham’s Tuesday night trip to Leicester City.
The Spurs manager revealed Erik Lamela is in contention to play for the first time in 13 months.
“It’s so important because we have a very busy schedule ahead,” said Pochettino. “To have Erik available to help the team is so important.”
He went on to point out that Tottenham have tallied the same amount of Premier League points as at this stage last season, as well as progressing in Europe.
