Mauricio Pochettino’s men overcame AFC Wimbledon at Wembley on Sunday to book their place in the next round, while Newport shocked Leeds United at Rodney Parade.

It is, of course, a potential banana skin for Spurs, but on paper they couldn’t have hoped for a better draw – Newport are one of only four League 2 sides remaining in the competition.
It’s a fantastic draw for Newport, too. A small club playing against one of the big six is what the FA Cup is all about.
Here’s how Tottenham’s supporters reacted to the draw on Twitter.
Yeah I’ll take that.

Although Newport has the potential to be an historic banana skin, this again is a real opportunity for Spurs to progress in the FA Cup, our most winnable competition. #COYS#THFC
