Lucas Moura has undergone a medical at Tottenham’s training ground ahead of his £25 million move from Paris Saint-Germain, according to Sky Sports.
Telegraph journalist Jason Burt claims the deal was finalised on Tuesday evening and the transfer will be announced tomorrow.

Spurs emerged as favourites to sign Moura earlier this week despite reported interest from Arsenal, Napoli and Valencia.
The Brazilian won’t be available for Tottenham’s meeting with Manchester United on Wednesday night as he was not registered before Tuesday’s midday deadline.
However, he could play a part when Spurs travel to Anfield to face Liverpool on Sunday.
