Tottenham are interested in signing Watford pair Richarlison and Abdoulaye Doucoure, according to the Sun.
The report claims Mauricio Pochettino is keen for the club to make a £50 million swoop for the Hornets duo.
Richarlison has been linked with Spurs a number of times already this season – he is also believed to be a Chelsea target.
The 20-year-old has scored five goals provided four assists in the Premier League since arriving from Brazilian side Fluminense in the summer.
Watford parted ways with a record fee of £11.2 million to sign Richarlison last July. He has four-and-a-half years remaining on his current contract.
The Brazilian has mainly been employed on the left wing this term, but he can also play through the middle and would provide better cover for Harry Kane than Fernando Llorente has managed.
Meanwhile, Doucoure is Watford’s top scorer this season with seven league goals and has been the Hornet’s standout player in the current campaign.
Talks over a new contract are said to have stalled, which has apparently peaked the interest of Tottenham.
Spurs are reportedly on the lookout for a long-term replacement for Mousa Dembele.
Doucoure could potentially fill that role. Or, alternatively, he could take the place of an outgoing squad player such as Moussa Sissoko, who I wouldn’t be surprised to see leave Tottenham this summer.
