Tottenham travel to Selhurst Park to take on Roy Hodgson’s Crystal Palace in the Premier League on Sunday, and Mauricio Pochettino has a number of decisions to make regarding his team selection.

On Friday, the Spurs boss revealed Toby Alderweireld could miss the trip across the capital after suffering a “small” injury in training.

Lucas Moura will also be assessed prior to the game – the Brazilian could be forced to wait to make his Premier League debut.

With those issues in mind, there’s a good chance Pochettino will opt to make 11 changes to the team that drew 2-2 at Rochdale in the FA Cup last weekend.

I wouldn’t be surprised to see the exact line-up that played against Juventus replicated here.

That means Serge Aurier and Ben Davies will return in the full-back spots, while Erik Lamela will start in an attacking midfield trio behind Harry Kane.

However, Pochettino might prefer to pick Heung-Min Son over Lamela in order to provide some width in the final third.

Here’s our predicted XI to face Palace – what’s yours? Let us know in the comments.

Spurs XI vs Palace Away

  1. I think he should play Lucas Moura, and drop Son. Spurs should try and improve their goal average, and with Palace decimated by injuries, they should win at least 4-0.

    • I fully agree son has been scoring and bring alot more with his play than lamela when kane is not on the pitch 9 out of 10 times you would back son to score …. still can understand why lamela is even still at spurs and not sold as yet
