Tottenham are planning a fresh move for Leicester City winger Demarai Gray, according to ESPN.
Gray has made 30 Premier League appearances so far this season, but 16 of them have been from the bench.
Spurs were heavily linked with the 21-year-old last summer, but Leicester rejected all approaches for him.
However, ESPN claims Mauricio Pochettino has continued to monitor Gray and Tottenham could make another move for him this summer.
The report suggests Gray will seek an exit from Leicester at the end of the season because of his lack of starts.
It’s hard to see him starting more often at Spurs, but the opportunity to work under Pochettino could be too good to turn down.
The Argentinian has an impressive record when it comes to developing young English talent and Gray could be an interesting new project.
Tottenham signed Lucas Moura from PSG for £25 million in January. The Brazilian has struggled to break into the starting line-up, so I don’t expect another winger to come in this summer.
If Spurs are to sign an attacker, I think it will be more of a versatile player who can play through the middle and provide cover for Harry Kane.
