Tottenham defender Juan Foyth is a loan target for new Leeds United manager Marcelo Bielsa, according to reports in Argentina.
Bielsa was the mentor of Spurs boss Mauricio Pochettino at Argentinian club Newell’s Old Boys and is said to be one of the key figures to influence Pochettino’s move into management.
Pep Guardiola’s has also spoken highly of Bielsa in the past, which further emphasises the coup Leeds have pulled off.
As a result of Bielsa’s appointment, a number of Tottenham youngsters are bound to be linked with loan moves to Leeds in the coming weeks.
One such rumour has already arrived: Argentinian journalist Juan Pablo Varsky claims Bielsa is interested in taking 20-year-old centre-back Foyth to Elland Road on loan.

Foyth only arrived at Spurs last summer and his playing time was mostly reduced to cup games in his debut season.
Pochettino is believed to be a big fan of the Argentina youth international, and sending him on loan to work with Bielsa might be the perfect next step for his career.
