Only three out of the eight available Tottenham stars have been handed a start for the final Group G game at the World Cup between England and Belgium.
Kieran Trippier and Harry Kane have been rested by England manager Gareth Southgate, while Dele Alli isn’t risked.
Eric Dier and Danny Rose come into the side for their first starts of the tournament.
Belgium boss Roberto Martinez has decided to leave out defensive regulars Toby Alderweireld and Jan Vertonghen, but Mousa Dembele starts in midfield for the first time at the World Cup.
Southgate has made a total of eight changes to the side that beat Panama 6-1 in the previous round of fixtures.
Kane bagged a hat-trick against Panama taking his tally up to five goals for the tournament, of which he is currently the top scorer.
Trippier has also been one of the Three Lions’ standout players, making the right wing-back role his own.
It will be interesting to see if Alli is given an opportunity from the bench ahead of the knockout stages.
