Tottenham are among the clubs in interested in signing Eintracht Frankfurt attacker Ante Rebic this summer, according to reports in Germany.

Rebic has been in admirable form for Croatia at the World Cup, scoring a brilliant volley in his country’s 3-0 group stage victory over Argentina and generally impressing throughout the tournament.

As a result, he has been linked with a potential exit from Frankfurt this summer.

According to German outlet Sport1, Spurs, Everton and Bayern Munich are “queuing up” to sign the 24-year-old.

Frankfurt sporting director Fredi Bobic has said the club is planning for the new season with Rebic in mind but admits it will be difficult to hold on to him if big clubs express an interest.

Sport1 claims £44 million is likely to be enough to tempt Frankfurt into selling Rebic in the current transfer window.

Rebic has scored two goals in 20 appearances for Croatia, where he plays alongside former Tottenham midfielder Luka Modric.

It will be interesting to see how Rebic gets on when Croatia face England in the World Cup semi-finals on Wednesday night.
