Son Heung-min missed a penalty for South Korea on Friday but still ended up on the winning side in a victory over Uruguay.
The Tottenham star won a gold medal at the Asian Games last month, earning exemption from mandatory military service in the process.
Son failed to score a goal during the competition, and his international goal drought continued against Uruguay with a penalty miss.
Thankfully, his teammate Hwang Ui-jo tucked away the rebound and South Korea went on to win 2-1. Watch below.

Son's second penalty miss in a row for the national team, i think. But his Asian Games top scoring partner, Hwang Ui Jo was their to turn in the rebound. pic.twitter.com/Ez11KA5V4e

Spurs will hope Son’s busy schedule doesn’t affect his fitness ahead of an important run of upcoming games.
