Tottenham are leading the race to sign Ukraine international Viktor Tyshankov, according to reports.
The 20-year-old midfielder, who currently plays for Dynamo Kiev, was born in Israel but has represented Ukraine at senior level on four occasions.
And according to TEAMtalk, Spurs are one of a host of clubs pursuing Tyshankov, including Manchester United, Manchester City, Liverpool, Bayern Munich and Barcelona.
TEAMtalk claims Tottenham are ahead of those clubs in their pursuit of Tyshankov, and the Londoners could be close to sealing a January deal.
Mauricio Pochettino is said to be a fan of the youngster and has apparently given the go-ahead for Spurs to sign him in the winter transfer window.
Tyshankov has scored 25 goals from midfield since breaking into the Dynamov Kiev team in 2016/17.
Tottenham could be in need of a new central midfielder if they decide to sell Mousa Dembele in January – the Belgian has entered the final 12 months of his contract.
TEAMtalk believes Dynamo Kiev value Tyshankov at around €18 million (£15.9m), which is very affordable for Spurs.
