Harry Kane’s captaincy skills were on full display during England’s comeback victory over Croatia in the UEFA Nations League on Sunday afternoon.
The Tottenham striker scored a late winner to send the Three Lions through to the semi-finals of the competition, which take place next summer.
But an equally significant Kane moment came straight after Jesse Lingard’s equaliser with ten minutes remaining.
The footage below shows the 25-year-old calming his teammates down and instructing them to carry on playing the same way.
Spurs fans were already aware of Kane’s leadership attributes, and it’s great to see England supporters getting a glimpse of it now, too.
