Tottenham have been in talks with Paris Saint-Germain star Adrien Rabiot’s entourage for weeks, according to reports in France.

Earlier this week, we relayed a report from French outlet Le Parisien that claimed PSG want to sell Rabiot to either Spurs or Juventus in January if they are forced to let him go.

Rabiot has been in a contract dispute with his current employers for some time and was heavily linked with a move to Barcelona over the summer.

But Le Parisien have made their initial story even more interesting with yet another report – spotted by Sport Witness – that will be of interest to Tottenham fans.

The story claims Spurs have been in talks with the representatives of Rabiot for weeks – but so have Manchester City.

It is believed Rabiot’s future at PSG may depend on whether the French champions qualify for the knockout stages of the Champions League.

Of course, Tottenham are also at risk of being eliminated before the Round of 16, so their chances of signing Rabiot will take a hit if Inter Milan win at Wembley next week.
