Jermaine Jenas has said the Tottenham fans’ disapproval of Moussa Sissoko will have made him feel “trapped” before the midfielder’s recent hot streak.
Sissoko has been one of Spurs’ top performers in recent weeks, and it was his contribution against Inter Milan on Wednesday night that made helped the Londoners make a crucial breakthrough.
The Frenchman endured a difficult first two seasons at Tottenham and has come in for plenty of criticism from the club’s supporters.
And Jenas thinks Sissoko will have been affected by that. Watch below.
