Tottenham Hotspur travel to Manchester City on Wednesday aiming to finish the job they started last week and book their place in the Champions League quarter-finals.
With no Harry Kane and some other personnel issues, Mauricio Pochettino has a number of decisions to make regarding his team selection.
Starting in attack, the unlucky player to miss out on a place in the team will probably be Fernando Llorente.
Pochettino is likely to reward Lucas Moura with a starting spot after his spectacular hat-trick against Huddersfield, while it’s impossible to leave Son Heung-min out after his winner in the first leg.
If passed fit, Dele Alli will play at the tip of a midfield diamond to support Son and Lucas. The 23-year-old will sometimes rotate with Christian Eriksen, while both players will drop deep to defend when needed.
Moussa Sissoko and Victor Wanyama will do the majority of the legwork in midfield, sitting in front of a back four made up of Kieran Trippier, Toby Alderweireld, Jan Vertonghen and Danny Rose.
Captain Hugo Lloris will obviously start between the sticks. Heres’s our predicted line-up to face Manchester City – what’s yours? Let us know in comments section below.
