Tottenham Hotspur want to sign three players who shone in the Premier League in 2018/19, according to the London Evening Standard.
They are Everton’s Andre Gomes, Leicester City’s Youri Tielemans and Fulham’s Ryan Sessegnon.
Sessegnon actually endured a difficult season but it is believed he did enough to draw further interest from Spurs.
Reports suggest Fulham want £40 million for the teenager, but Tottenham are keen to pay closer to £25 million.
Gomes will return to his parent club, Barcelona, and the Standard claims Spurs are planning a formal approach for the Portugal approach.
Leicester have the option to purchase Tielemans from Monaco following an impressive loan spell, but again Tottenham could scupper those plans.
However, the Standard also believes Spurs have put all first-team transfer talk on hold until after the Champions League final on June 1st.
The Londoners have apparently been scouting Aston Villa’s Jack Grealish and Real Betis’ Giovani Lo Celso, too, but all transfer plans have been shelved for now.
It’s likely to be a busy summer at the club, although quite how busy remains uncertain until after what is being described as one of the biggest games in Tottenham’s history.
